Marc Sorini has more than twenty-five years of experience advising alcohol beverage producers and importers. Since his retirement from conventional law firm practice, he has focused his time representing small U.S. craft brewers as General Counsel of the Brewers Association. But he remains available to consult with select clients that require an advisor who can combine a deep understanding of the industry’s business practices with an unparalleled knowledge of alcohol law and policy. Marc lives in Rockville, Maryland with the light of his life, Patti Ray Sorini, who he married in 1992. They have four children: (1) Rylinn (b. 1994), (2) Maya (b. 1995), Skyler (b. 1999), and Bryson (b. 2002).
Marc is an Elder with Rockville Presbyterian Church and has served the Church as a Session (Board) member, a Trustee, a Pastor Nominating Committee member, and as a frequent volunteer with the Church’s children and youth. Marc also volunteers at Rainbow Place, a homeless shelter for women hosted by the Church.
Marc’s current passions include NFL football (watching), ultimate disc (playing), home brewing, and playing board games.
